Refresh Verification

Free developer accounts typically keep certificates for about a year while provisioning profiles expire after roughly seven days. Refreshing installs a new provisioning profile that still includes your device UDID and entitlements. When the launch check fails, iOS reports that the app is no longer available.

SideStore 0.6.0+ and AltStore 2.2.0+ refresh by installing an updated provisioning profile.

How to verify a refresh

1. Refresh your apps first.
2. Use StikDebug 3.0.1+ and finish its setup guide.
3. Open Tools > App Expiry (not the JIT tool).
4. Inspect expiry colors and confirm the newest profile still lists every required entitlement.
5. If the newest profile shows Missing Entitlements, the refresh profile is incomplete.

Fix incomplete refreshes

Entitlement database mismatches in SideStore are usually cleared by reinstalling the IPA through SideStore, then rechecking App Expiry in StikDebug.
